While DeBrunner & Associates is best known in Pennsylvania for our Medical Assistance consulting, we also provide a broad range of other health policy consulting services in Harrisburg to health care organizations of all types. The common theme that binds these various services is that they all help health care organizations respond to new state health policy initiatives and create and pursue new opportunities within existing legislative, administrative, and regulatory frameworks.

We work on behalf of clients with state agencies to address reimbursement, regulatory, licensure, and other concerns. We identify opportunities to pursue state research, program, and demonstration grants; assist with the pursuit of state appropriations; help with issues involving the state health department; and interpret regulations and pursue desired regulatory reform.
